After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue you store credit. Use it to choose another item from our collection that better suits your needs.

What is your return policy?

Can I return a final sale item?

Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please double-check your selection before purchasing.

How do I start an exchange?

Contact us using the form above or via email at contact@saujette.com, and we’ll guide you through the process. Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Is return shipping free?

Yes, return shipping is free for exchanges—we cover the cost to send your item back to our store.

How long does it take to process my exchange?

Exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your item. Once your returned item is inspected and approved, you can place a new order for the item of your choice.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us immediately at contact@saujette.com with details and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Do you offer returns for international orders?

Yes, we accept international returns. However, customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost.

How do I track my return?

Once your return label is generated, you’ll receive tracking information. You can monitor the progress directly through the carrier’s website.

What is the difference between Store Credit and a Refund?

Choosing Store Credit means we’ll cover your return shipping, and you’ll receive credit to shop your next favorite piece. Opting for a Refund deducts the cost of return shipping from your refund total.
