What is your return policy?

Can I return a final sale item?

Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please double-check your selection before purchasing.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Is return shipping free?

Return shipping is free when you choose Store Credit. For refunds, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total.

How long does it take to process my return?

Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your item. Refunds will appear on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, exchanges are available! Simply initiate a return for the item you wish to replace and let us know your desired size or product.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us immediately at contact@saujette.com with details and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Do you offer returns for international orders?

Yes, we accept international returns. However, customers are responsible for covering the shipping cost.

How do I track my return?

Once your return label is generated, you’ll receive tracking information. You can monitor the progress directly through the carrier’s website.

What is the difference between Store Credit and a Refund?

Choosing Store Credit means we’ll cover your return shipping, and you’ll receive credit to shop your next favorite piece. Opting for a Refund deducts the cost of return shipping from your refund total.
